JEE Main 29th January 2023 Question Paper Analysis

JEE Main Session 1 2023 exam commenced on 24th January. Day 4 –29th January 2023 Shift 1 was conducted from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the second shift was from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Students interested in pursuing BE/BTech appeared for JEE Main Paper 1 today.

The question papers for Shift 1 and Shift 2 had 90 questions each. As per the NTA guidelines, the students had 90 minutes to complete the exam. Every correct answer carried 4 points, but an incorrect answer would cost 1 mark to the student as this paper had negative marking too. It is certainly wiser for students to drop questions involving confusion, as an unattempted question causes no deduction of marks. The difficulty level was similar to that of previous years’ papers.
