Expert Answer:

Iodimetric titration: A method of quantitative analysis involving the use of standard
solution of iodine or the liberation of iodine from an iodide.
Iodometric titration: is a method of volumetric chemical analysis, a titration where the appearance or disappearance of elementary iodine indicates the end point.
