Total energy of a particle executing SHM is; E = (1/2) mω2A2
here, m = 20 g = 0.02 kg; T = 4s;A = 1cm= 0.01m;  ω = ( 2Π/T) = 1.6 per sec
 Plugging in these value in the given formula, energy may be calculated.
