ShareThe JEE Main 2024 Session 2 exam began on 4th April and reached its final day on 12th April 2024. The exam was conducted each day in two shifts. The first shift was from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and the second shift was from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Candidates aspiring for BE/BTech appeared for JEE Main Paper 1. Each paper consisted of 90 questions and was divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. As per NTA guidelines, students had 90 minutes to take the exam. The paper carried 300 marks.
Candidates interested in BArch admissions appeared for Paper 2. Paper 2 question paper comprised three sections: Maths, Aptitude Test, and Drawing Test. In the Maths section, students had to answer 20 MCQs and 5 out of 10 NAT questions in the Maths section. This section carried 100 marks. The drawing section had two questions for 100 marks, while the aptitude section had 50 questions for 200 marks. The paper carried 400 marks.
The evaluation will be as per the following marking scheme:
- Every correct answer: +4 marks
- Every incorrect answer: -1 mark
- Unattempted question: 0 marks
Latest Update: The official JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Answer Key will be released soon. The tentative JEE Main Session 2 Answer Key 2024 Date Session 2 is April 13.
