WHEN THE NUCLEUS GETS SEPARATED INTO ITS PROTONS AND NEUTRONS WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ELECTRONS REVOLVING AROUND IT? CAN THOSE SEPARATED PARTICLES BE BROUGHT BACK TOGETHER?

Actually when such a reaction takes place, they do at very high energy levels and temperatures.
then the atoms are completely ionized i.e the electrons are not at all bounded by the neucleus.
It can be thought like the neucleus is drowned in the sea of electrons with no significant interaction b/w electrons and neucleus.
