Let time taken by large pump to fill the tank = x hours.
since rating of small pump is 2/3 of large one, time taken by a small pump to fill the tank = (3/2)x hours

fraction of filling of tank in hour by large pump and three small pumps together = (1/x) + (3×3)/(2x) = 11/(2x)

hence time taken to fill the tank by all the pumps togeteher = (2x)/11

required fraction of time = 2/11
