There is no derivation for accelaration and velocity. The expressions for velocity and accelaration are formed using their respective definitions.
Velocity is defined as rate of change of displacement with respect to change in time.
Mathematically,
if t is made very small such that it tends to be zero,
then average velocity becomes instantaneous velocity.
Hence
similarly accelaration is defined as rate of change of velocity with respect to change in time.
Mathematically,
if t is made very small such that it tends to be zero,
then average accelaration becomes instantaneous accelaration .
Hence
here expression is termed as limit of time interval tending to zero.
