Position x(t) = t3 + 2 t2 + 3 t + 4

initial position x(0) is determined from above equation by substituting t = 0

x(0) = 4 m

velocity function is determined by differentiating above equation

v(t) = dx/dt =  3 t2 + 4 t + 3

initial velocity at t = 0 , v(0) = 3 m/s

velocity at time t = 3 , v(3) = 3(9) +4(3) + 3 = 42 m/s
