Q. A positive number when divided by 88 gives the remainder 8. What will be the remainder when this number is divided by 11.

Given that the number is divided by 88 gives remainder 8,
Hence the number will be in the form of (88n + 8), where n is any integer
so dividing 88n + 8 by 11
we get same remainder that is 8.
