Answer :- All of the above
 
(1) direction of electric field line is same as the direction of electric field
 
(2) Electric field lines starts from +ve charge and ending at negative charge . 
 
For monopole , i.e, if the charge is single and +ve , electric field lines start from +ve charge and goes to infinity
 
For monopole , i.e, if the charge is single and -ve , electric field lines  come from infinity ,
going towards -ve charge and terminating at -ve charge
 
(3) density of lines, number of lines in a given area represents field strength.
