charge of electron is negative but in solving numericals why we take charge of the electron POSITIVE?????

sign of charge should be considered if direction is involved.
If the requirement of problem is to get only magnitue of physical quantity , then sign is not considered.
If sign of electron is not considered , it does not mean sign is taken as +ve.
For example , if electron is moving in magnetic field , if we need to know only magnitude of magnetic force or
radius of circular path, we need not consider the sign of electron.
But if we need to know the direction of motion, we need to consider the sign of electron
