Is there any relation between critical angle & cohesive and adhesive forces?

Dear Student
Upon heating the liquid, there is change in cohesive forces & consequently the surface tension of the liquid.
The cohesive forces between the water molecules decrease with rise in temperature. surafce tension of the water also decreases with rise in temperature.
