Coordinates of Mid point D of A(2,-3) and C(5,-2) = [ (2+5)/2 , -(3+2)/2 ] = [ 3.5 , -2.5 ]
Median from vertex B(-1,4 ) is the equation of line passing through B(-1,4) and D(3.5, -2.5) which is determined as given below
Equation passing through (x1 , y1 ) and ( x2 , y2 ) is
Hence we get equation passing through B(-1, 4 ) and D(3.5, -2.5) is
Above expression is simplified as 13 x + 9 y - 23 = 0
equation passing through B(-1, 4 ) and D(3.5, -2.5) is 13 x + 9 y - 23 = 0
