E= E0 -0.059/n log [Sn+2] [ Zn+2]/[Sn +4]
  where n=2
   = .89 - 0.059/2 log 0.5*2.0/1.50
   = 0.89- 0.059/2 log 0.667
  = 0.89 -(-0.05)
  = 0.895 V
 
thus according to the equation if the concentration of Sn=4 is increased then the cell potential will decrease.
