I assume surface charge density as , 10-4 C / m2 as seen from image .
Charge = surface charge density × area = 10-4 × 1000 × 10-4 = 1000 × 10-8 C = 10 μC

Charge = volume charge density × volume
volume charge density = 1 μC / m3
volume = (4/3)πr3 = (4/3)π × 43 × 10-6
Charge = (4/3)π × 43 × 10-6 × 10-6 = 268 × 10-12 C
