A body of mass m is projected with initial speed u at an angle theta with the horizontal what will be the change in momentum of body after time t??

Expert Answer
in the horizontal direction there will not be any change in velocity as there is no force acting....it will remain u cos ?
in vertical direction the final velocity after time t sec:
v=usin?-gt
so after t sec the horizontal comp of vel=u cos ?
so after t sec the vertical comp of vel=usin?-gt
so the final velocity=?(u 2cos ?+(usin?-gt)2)
solve and reduce and then find the final momentum.
and find the change in momentum.
