P and Q are centres of circle of radius 9 centimetre and 2 centimetre respectively. PQ is equal to 17 centimetres. R is the centre of the circle of radius X centimetres which touches the above circle externally. Given that angle PRQ is 90 degrees. Write an equation in X and solve it.
