Why is the our body temperature and the surrounding temperature different...???....According to principle of calorimetry they must be same.....

In calorimetry two bodies which are in physical contact are in equlibrium and attains a common temperature.
 
Whereas human body is internally regulated by brain to have normal temperature ˜37°C  in order to optimse the
normal working function of human body organs.
Human body is not in equlibrium with environment. Hence calorimetry will not apply to human body and environment
