Q23 (2m) A student tried to observe the slide of binary fission in Amobea under a microscope a microscpe . After focusing on the slide , he was not able to get  a clear view een after adjusting the diapharm . Suggest two possible modes adjustmet of the microscope to get a clear view of the slide . (M NOT able to post pics --saying less than 1 MB-- remove this system)

After adjusting the diaphragm, there are two more adjustments to make and get a clear view of the slide. They are:
 
1. Look through the eyepiece and raise the objective using coarse adjustment till the object is focused.
2. Make the focus sharp with the help of fine adjustment.
