Answer:

abx2 +(b2-ac)x -bc  =  abx2 +b2x -ac x -bc  =  bx (ax+b) - c (ax+b) = (bx-c) (ax+b)  = ab (x-c/b) (x+b/a) = f(x)

so zeros at x= c/b and x= -b/a
