No. White light is not dispersed when it is passed through glass slab.

In glass slab boundary surfaces where diffraction is taking place are parallel.

When white light is entered through one surface, diffraction and dispersion are taking place.
when this diffracted light emerging out the other surface exact reverse phenomena is taking place for dispersion
and that nullifie the dispersion.
Hence white light emerges out of glass slab without dispersion, but with some lateral shift.

Whereas in prism, the boundary surfaces where diffraction is taking place,  are inclined to each other.
Hence when white light enters through one surface, diffraction is taking place and white light is dispersed.
When this dispersed light emerges out of the other surface, due to inclination, further dispersion is taking place
and we get dispersed light emerging out of prism.
