As shown in figure, from the top of building , angle of elevation begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleADC of top of tower is equal to
angle of depression begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleCDB of foot of tower, then ΔADB is isoceless triangle and DC is peprpendicular to AB.
Hence BC = AC = 30 m.
 
Hence height of tower 60 m
