Resistance network connected to battery consists of a series combination 2Ω and 1Ω is connected parallel to 3Ω.
Hence the resistance netwrok is 3Ω connected parallel to another 3Ω.
The equivalent resistance is 1.5Ω. It is given that battery emf is 2 V and internal resistance is 0.5Ω.
Hence current drawn from battery is 2/(1.5+0.5) = 1 A.

As stated above the resistance network is parallel combination of two 3V resistors,
hence current is divided equally between resistors connected parallely.

Hence 0.5 A will flow through 3Ω resistor  and 0.5 A will flow through 1Ω and 2Ω resistors
