here final vel=v=36km/h=10 m/s
initial vel=u=90km/h=25 m/s
2as=v2-u2
find a from v=u-at    a=3 m/s2
put this value in prev equation: s=87.5 m
so the person will be able to escape.  as  200m<87.5m
