A players uniform consists of a red shirt and white shorts when seen in white light.What will the appearance of the shirt and short when viewed in 1.red light and  2.blue light?

In whitel light , shirt is viewed in red colour. Hence true colour of shirt is red.
In white light, short is viewed in white colour. hence true colour of short is white.
 
An object reflects its true colour absorbs other colour. White colour object reflects the colour of incident light.
 
Hence in red light, shirt is viewed as red and short also viewed as red.
In blue light, shirt is viewed as black and short is viewed as blue
