Answer:
At t = 0 , Horizontal component of velocity = u cosθ
After time t , Horizontal componenet of velocity = u cosθ

At t = 0 , vertical component of velocity = u sinθ
After time t , vertical componenet of velocity = ( u sinθ ) - ( g t )

Let horizontal component is parallel to x-axis of cartesian coordinate system and
vertical component coincide with y-axis of cartesian system.

Momentum in vector form at t = 0 , Pi = m [ ( u cosθ ) begin mathsize 14px style i with hat on top end style + ( u sinθ  ) begin mathsize 14px style j with overbrace on top end style ]
Then momentum in vector form after time t , Pf = m [ ( u cosθ ) begin mathsize 14px style i with hat on top end style + ( u sinθ  -  g t ) begin mathsize 14px style j with overbrace on top end style ]
Change in momentum ΔP = Pf - Pi = -m ( gt ) begin mathsize 14px style j with overbrace on top end style
