let the numbers be x and (x+26)
 
Given :   3x = x+26    or  2x = 26    or   x = 13
 
Hence numbers are 13 and 39

Let two angles are  x , 180-x . Let x be smaller angle.
 
Given :  x+18 = 180 - x  or  2x = 162    or   x = 81
 
Hence angles are  81 and 99
