Why there is no lightning with rain in monsoon?

The lightning by clouds will happen only when the heavy clouds become motionless.
The moving cloud will not discharge the electricity or lightning but a motionless thick cloud
that covers a wide area has the tendency of discharging electricity by lightning and the
accumulation of energy from clouds happens when the clouds stand still in an area..
 
The reason why there is no/less lightning during the beginning of monsoon is
during the beginning of monsoon months the clouds moves constantly but
after three months or the later monsoon cloud has the nature to stay in one place and rain.
 
Therefore, later monsoon has much lightning than earler monsoon.
