6CO2+12H2O=(in the presence of sunlight and chlorophyll) C6H12O6+ 6O2+6H2O

while in earlier classes we have studied that the equation for photosynthesis is

6CO2+6H2O=(in the presence of sunlight and chlorophyll) C6H12O6+6O2

Both of these are correct.

The difference is of H2O molecules which is either used or given out by transpiration or guttation.
