The correct answer would be c. No effect at all.
Since, the spring loaded clock does not depend on the gravitational force (g), there would be no change in its physics if you take it to the moon viz a viz, if you keep it on earth. Hence, the time period of oscillations will not change and so, we won't see any effect.
