What is the reason for for hydrolysis of XeF6 not being a redox reaction?

The oxidation states of all the elements remains the same in the hydrolysis reaction of XeF6.
XeF6 + 3H2O → XeO3 + 6HF
Hence this reaction is not a redox reaction.
