When the pH is at the right level in the body, then pH is said to be balanced. When your pH is balanced, your body is in an alkaline state. This means that your body is able to buffer harmful acids and keep your systems operating the way they should.
Disadvantages of increased pH balance:
- Inflammation and disease
- Bone loss
- Osteoporosis
- Osteopenia
Ways to maintain pH balance:
- Eat more green vegetables.
- Add fresh lemon to alkalize.
- Choose root vegetables.
- Avoid refined sugar whenever you can.
- Eat plenty of vegetable protein.
- Take a high-quality multivitamin.
