Absorbed heat energy = mass × Specific heat × Change in Temperature
Hence three factors are (1) mass of the object , (2) Specific heat of material of the object and (3) Change in temperature
Specific heat is material specific property, which is amount of energy required for unit mass to increase temperature by unit temperature
