Expert Answer:

A1=a+0.01
A2=a+(-0.03)
mean value=Am=(A1+A2)/2=a+0.02
?a1=a+0.02-a-0.01=0.01
?a2=a+0.02-a+0.03=0.05
mean absolute error=(0.01+0.05)/2=0.03
