The amplitude A of an oscillator of mass m varies with time t as A=a sin(bt/m), where a and b are constants. What are the dimesions of a and b?

A = a sin(bt/m) dimensions of b = (M)(T^-1) dimensions of a = L the thing is the sin function is demmesionless so a will have same dimension as A and the operand of sin is also dimensionless
