(a) can be done easily by consulting the NCERT textbook.
(b)
1)As both resistors are in parallel, voltmeter gives the same reading regardless of the resistor across which it is connected.
2)Yes, the reading in ammeter lowers as impedence of resistors in series is higher than resistors in parallel.
3) Ioutside = I3ohm + I2ohm
