Expert Answer:

5x-11y=2x+5y  dividing both side by y we get 5(x/y) - 11 = 2(x/y) + 5  so solving for (x/y) we get  (x/y) = 16 / 3

so for 3x^2+2y^2)/(3x^2-2y^2 divide numenator and denominator by y 2  we get    ( 3(x/y) 2 + 2 ) /  (3 (x/y) 2 - 2)

so put the value of x/y we get 131 / 125
