It is given in the question "yellow filter is introduced in the path of white light ". Hence it is assumed that  filter is placed before the prism.
 
Yellow filter will alllow only yellow colour pass through. hence on screen we will get only yellow colour
 
Similarly green filter will allow only green colour pass through, hence on screen we will get only green colour.
