2) Stomata are the sites for exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide gas for photosynthesis. Hence photosynthesis will not occur if stomata are blocked. Without photosynthesis, the nutritional needs of the plant cannot be taken care of. Once the reserve food of the plant gets depleted, the plant will not remain healthy for long and will wilt and die.
Auricles are thin walled whereas ventricles are thick walled.
