Yes, you can take any value of x as multiples of 10 and less than 100 and satisfying x + y = 100.
For example, if you choose x = 10, then y = 100-10=90
If you choose x = 20, then y=100-20=80
and so on.

In fact any value of x and y satisfying the equation x + y = 100 will be a solution. For example, x = 1 and y = 99 is also a solution.
