last day i had asked a question to which you answered. but the according to the book is wrong

The question that you had asked said that 'If the force,time and length are taken as fundamental units then calculate the dimension of velocity', then how come in the book the dimension is also having a 'M^-1/2' term. M stands for mass and mass is not a fundamental unit as per this question. Please either check the question/answer or the answer is wrong to this question in book.
