Is lack of oxygen is the eg of anarobic respiration ?

Lack of oxygen is not an example, but the condition or circumstance in which the organism respires anaerobically.
Following is an example of anaerobic respiration which occurs in certain plants and yeast (a fungus).
Glucose → Ethanol + Carbon dioxide + Energy
