Expert Answer:

let

(a,b), (c,d) , (e,f) be the coordinates of the  vertices A,B,C of the triangle ABC.

if the given mid pts are that of AB,BC,CA resply

then

(a+c)/2=3

and

(b+d)/2=1

so a+c=6..(i)

b+d=2..(ii)

simly

taking the other sides and their mid pts

 we get,

c+e=10..(iii)

d+f=12...(iv)

 and

a+e=-6...(v)

b+f=4..(vi)

solving (i) and (iii) and (v)

a=-5, c=11, e=-1

b=-3, d=5 , f=7
