The given equations are
2x – y = 2  ... (i)
3y – 4x = -2  ... (ii)
px – 3y = 2  ... (iii)
Multiplying (i) by 2, we get
4x - 2y = 4 ... (iv)
Adding (ii) and (iv), we have
y = 2
Putting in (i), we get
x = 2
As the three lines are concurrent, x = 2 and y = 2 will satisfy the third equation 
Therefore, 2p - 6 = 2
Thus, p = 4
