if resistance is a property of conductor then how does it has magnitude .If it is possible for a property to have magnitude then plz give some other examples of such kind for my better understanding

Density is property of material of given object. Mass of an object is proportional to its volume and density.
Similarly resistivity is property of material of conductor. Resistance of a conductor is proportional to resitivity,
proportional to length and inversely proportional to area of crosssection
