CBSE Class 11-science Answered

If P is 3.763 & error % in P is 13%, then P has to be rounded-off to one decimal place. Why so? What is the governing rule?

Since % error is 13%, i.e. it has two significant figures; so 3.763 would be rounded off to 3.8.
