Hi Pramod, as we know
The water in a pressure cooker kept on a gas burner is heated. As a result, steam forms inside the cooker which increases the pressure inside the cooker. The pressure and temperature inside the closed container rise as a result of the steam. This allows for faster cooking of the food because of increase in boiling point of water.
