let one of the part be X so the other will be 41-X
therfor, X^2-(41-X)^2=369
or, (X+41-X)(X-(41-X))=369
or, 41(2X-41)=369
or,2X-41=369/41=9
or, 2X=9+41=50
or,X=50/2=25
therefor the parts are 25 &16
