Pteridophytes do not bear seeds whereas phanerogams bear seeds.
Pteridophytes do not have flowers. The Angiosperms of Phanerogams produce flowers.
Reproductive organs are inconspicuous in Pteridophytes whereas they are well -differentiated in phanerogams.
