The materials that allow heat to pass through them easily are called as good conductors.
Materials that do not allow heat to pass through them easily are called as bad conductors or insulators
Metals are good conductors of heat.
Example: Aluminium, iron, copper, silver, etc.
Plastic, wood, glass, rubber, etc. are bad conductors of heat.
